Grand Theft Auto IV

>компютри making waves alright. People are both slamming it and giving it rave reviews for having the best gameplay. But I wonder how it’s so easy to judge a game that’s hardly been out.

One of the reasons people give it negative criticism is because of how freely sex and related objects are available within the game, without realizing that they’ve only grown as GTA has. The more you bring reality into gameplay the more raw it gets. It’s grittier and rightly so.

GTA is one franchise that’s bound to do well with so many subsequent releases that have done so much better than other games of it’s category. Oh no, actually it defines it’s category so well, that it’s difficult for other games to come and fit into it correctly.

Make calls under you budget

If you are currently travelling abroad, and want to make calls without making them eat your pocket with large roaming charges here is the thing to do. Get yourself a prepaid calling card with the lowest possible call rates, some that might astound you because they may cheaper than what you pay for local calls usually.

If you’re currently visiting the United States, and say you’re from India then the best thing to do is to use one of the calling cards listed on this page with rates starting as low as 2.7 cents(INR 0.12). If you were making a call in India, you would be paying as little as INR 1.0 but here you are paying just 0.12. Think about how much you’re saving while using one of these great calling cards. The phone card you buy from them can be used not only to make these special low cost international calls but also local calls where you currently are with superb connectivity and great quality.

Apple refreshes the iMac line with expected upgrades

Now powered by 6MB of L2 cache, the iMacs now use the latest revision of the Intel CPUs. The highest end of the line includes an iMac powered by a 3.06GHz Processor and an 8800GS nVidia GPU.

At 0.94″ thickness, this is one desktop computer that everyone has their eyes on. Specially after seeing TV shows like Gateway advertise them so well.

The next big feature in VMware Fusion

It is common knowledge that mapping Direct 3D calls to OpenGL calls to support 3D games in Windows XP was a much harder task than adding GL support for operating systems that use it natively. VMware Fusion is a great Windows virtualization tool on the Mac and currently it’s flaws are only recognized as bugs that would exist in any application that’s under active development.

I’m hoping with the Version 2.0 of VMware Fusion, whenever it is scheduled to be released, 3D acceleration becomes a standard feature for all virtual operating systems. Beryl and Compiz desktop effects are something people really show off on their Linux based systems. They don’t even hog on the GPU, which is why I look forward to using them in VMware in the near future.
