Grand Theft Auto IV

>компютри making waves alright. People are both slamming it and giving it rave reviews for having the best gameplay. But I wonder how it’s so easy to judge a game that’s hardly been out.

One of the reasons people give it negative criticism is because of how freely sex and related objects are available within the game, without realizing that they’ve only grown as GTA has. The more you bring reality into gameplay the more raw it gets. It’s grittier and rightly so.

GTA is one franchise that’s bound to do well with so many subsequent releases that have done so much better than other games of it’s category. Oh no, actually it defines it’s category so well, that it’s difficult for other games to come and fit into it correctly.

Sony’s Wii?

The hype the Playstation 3 generated before it’s release didn’t really help the sales numbers go up. In fact, Nintendo bore a hole into Sony’s market share with the release of the Nintendo Wii(Revolution would have been more apt, but Wii is what worked!).

And when I thought Sony might be doing something to get back to business, I wasn’t wrong. But what they did surprises me, they went on to create a Playstation that looks like the Wii, and works like one too(minus the motion sensors). Looks like the cell processor did what Sony wanted, it created a boom! But the epicenter wasn’t where they had intended it to be.

Hithhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy: The Game

Unless you are a Die-hard H2G2 fan, the next few lines will hold no meaning for you. The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy is a science fiction comedy series created by Douglas Adams (1952-2001) that debuted as a radio comedy broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in 1978. Since then there have been various adaptations of this series in the form of games, comics, and the trilogy of five books.

Back in 1984, people hardly had any computers and they shipped with a maximum of about 64KB of RAM. The games created back then required no graphics cards. The maximum number of colours you ever got back then was two. We’ve come a long way, haven’t we?.
